Frequently asked
How do I open the parent area?
Tap the settings button on the child home screen. A multiplication question spelled out in words — “eight times nine” — is asked, and you answer by tapping the right one of six numbers. The first wrong tap brings up a new question; repeated wrong answers add a wait of 15, 30, 60 and 120 seconds, and that wait survives closing the sheet or relaunching the app. Nimbo never asks for a fingerprint, a face scan or a device passcode.
Which parts are free?
164 of the 502 activities are free, and every one of the six sections has free activities: 50 of the Art Studio's 100, 25 of Math House's 82, 30 of the Language Library's 98, 30 of Focus Park's 98, 8 of the Sleep Room's 24 and 21 of the Robot Workshop's 100.
What is full access?
A one-time purchase — not a subscription, and it does not renew. It unlocks all 502 activities across every section. The purchase sits behind parental verification, and a second verification is requested at the moment of purchase.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. A 3-day trial can be started from the parent area, and every game stays open for those three days. It is available once per device, is started only by an adult, ends by itself, and never turns into an automatic purchase. The child is shown no notice when it ends.
How do I restore my purchase?
Parent Area → Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases. You only need to be signed in with your store account; you are not charged again.
I am moving to a new device. Can I take the progress with me?
Yes. In Parent Area → Backup, use Export progress to write stars, stickers, drawings and settings into a single file, then Pick a backup file in the same place on the new device to restore it. The file stays with you and is never sent over the internet. Nimbo has no account and no cloud sync — the natural consequence of collecting no data — so the backup file is the way to move between devices.
Purchases are not part of a backup; they are tied to your store account and come back with Restore Purchases.
How do I set the screen-time limit?
Parent Area → Settings → General lets you set a daily limit. When it is reached the child sees a resting screen; to add 15 minutes an adult answers the same multiplication question.
Do you send notifications?
The app sends nothing on its own, and all three reminders arrive switched off. In Parent Area → Reminders you can switch on the bedtime, daily-gift and streak reminders. They are scheduled by the device's own timer: no server, no account, no remote notification, and none of them points at a purchase.
Are the stars in the shop real money?
No. Stars are earned in the games only; they cannot be bought and there is no chance-based box. Every avatar, theme and sticker in the World Shop is a cosmetic item that changes how things look.
How do I change the language?
Parent Area → Settings → Language. Turkish and English are supported, and the spoken audio follows the selected language.
Does it work on a tablet?
Yes. It runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Android phones and tablets.
How do I delete my data?
Simply uninstall the app. Because we hold no data about you on any server, there is no other record to delete. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Every activity, sound and game works offline.
Are there ads?
No. There are no ad networks, sponsored content or ad placements pushing a child toward a purchase.
